2019 Nine New Trends in Fitness: Weight Loss Exercise, Private Training

What kind of exercise do you usually do? Weight loss or yoga, outdoor mountaineering or private classes? If you have all the above exercises, congratulations. Not only have you caught up with the popular domestic fitness events, but you have also catered to the new global sports coordinates. On November 29, 2018, Shanghai Institute of Sports and the American Society of Sports Medicine (ACSM) jointly released the "2019 China Fitness Trends" and "2019 Global Fitness Trends". Comparing the two, it was found that in 2019, there were 9 identical and 11 different fitness trends in China compared to the global rankings.

Nine events, including self weight training, private training, group training, yoga, and outdoor sports, have emerged in both China and the global fitness trend in 2019. Among them, weight loss exercise may be related to the prevalence of obesity and overweight both domestically and internationally; Self weight training is widely accepted because it is not limited by venue equipment; Private training (1 on 1) and group training (1 on 5 or more) almost cover all organizational forms in a fitness environment; Yoga is highly favored by female fitness enthusiasts; Outdoor activities are highly valued due to the serious phenomenon of prolonged sitting in the office.

What should I pay attention to during training in response to these 9 fitness trends? Here are some suggestions to consider.

Weight loss exercise. To reduce fat, not only do you need to do aerobic training, but you also need to do anaerobic exercises and control your diet. Combining fat loss with muscle building training is more conducive to beautiful body lines.

Private training. It's good to ask for private education, but you should also pay attention to your own feelings and find out the Exercise prescription suitable for you according to your physical condition.

Group training. Having more than 5 people attending classes together can create a peer effect, and having someone to accompany the exercise makes it easier to persist, making it particularly suitable for beginners.

Yoga. It involves different forms, including explosive yoga, yoga yoga, hot yoga, and so on. Be careful not to overly pursue postures. Some movements are not safe and do not need to be forced.

Flexible and flexible rollers. Generally known as foam shaft, it is a good tool for self relaxation and massage, and can promote blood circulation. But be sure to clean it regularly with soap and water.

High-intensity interval training. Do a group of training, rest for a while and then another group is HIIT, that is, High-intensity interval training. Group private training. Please provide one-on-one private tutoring, 5 or more for group training, and 1 to 2 or more for group private tutoring. Compared to private tutoring, this is a more economical training method, but it is important to understand one's own situation and choose the right coach for oneself.

Outdoor activities. There are many benefits to participating in natural fitness activities such as hiking and cycling. The most important thing is that exposure to sunlight can strengthen bones, and the fresh outdoor air can also make people happy.
