On January 26, 2021, the company held a 2020 employee report meeting. Dr. Chen Yanyan, the general manager of the company, presided over the meeting, and department heads attended the meeting. The meeting had three agendas: 1. Department heads conducted departmental reports; 2. Individual reporting by employees in each department; 3. Excellent employee selection.

At the meeting, the heads of each department summarized the work and achievements of this year based on their responsibilities and the work goals set at the beginning of the year. They carefully identified the shortcomings in their work and conducted in-depth analysis. They proposed plans for the work ideas for 2021; Employees from various departments have reported on their personal work, including the summary of their work for the current year, the results achieved, and the work plan for 2021. The general manager fully acknowledges the work achievements of each department and employee, and puts forward higher expectations for everyone. He hopes that everyone can fulfill their duties and continue to strive in 2021, constantly summarize and grow in their work, learn and grow through learning from experience.

After evaluation, Qin Peijun, Wang Dong, Qin Li, and Zhou Zhenyou were elected as the "Outstanding Employees" of the company in 2020. We hope that they will continue to be humble and take the lead in 2021.
