Since 2016, Boharmonic Technology has been based on self-developed series of sports promotion health technologies, equipment, and systems, targeting the three major health service fields of public sports, chronic disease rehabilitation, and community health. It has focused on promoting the effective transformation and application demonstration of research results and achieved good results.
In terms of technical equipment, 18 products with independent intellectual property rights have been formed in five categories: low-cost health sign assessment, convenient exercise quality assessment, intelligent fitness, wearable tracking management, and health cloud service platform, achieving small-scale production and market-oriented promotion; In terms of service systems, a closed-loop health promotion service technology system has been constructed, and intelligent decision support for health service plans has been achieved based on artificial intelligence technology. Three major service systems have been developed, including scientific fitness guidance, chronic disease exercise rehabilitation, and community health integration; In terms of demonstration applications, 26 standardized application demonstration bases (stations) have been established in the three major health service fields, serving more than 50000 people. Technical and service standards for the three major fields have been preliminarily established, and various sustainable development models of "government led, technology led, social participation, and market-oriented operation" have been explored.
In the field of public sports, the project cooperates with relevant Sport management institutions in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Tianjin, Anhui and other places as well as third-party professional service institutions in the mass fitness industry to carry out the construction of a three-level grid scientific fitness service network at the provincial, municipal and county levels. At present, demonstration bases have been built in Dafeng, Jiangsu, Cixi, Zhejiang, Hexi, Tianjin, Hefei, Ma'anshan, Fuyang, Chuzhou, Xuancheng and other cities in Anhui Province, We provide national physical fitness assessment and scientific fitness guidance services to grassroots people, directly serving over 30000 people, forming a radiating driving effect from point to area. In terms of operational mode, we advocate and pilot the implementation of business policy guidance by sports regulatory departments, professional technical support provided by scientific research institutions, introduction of third-party service institutions responsible for daily operation and maintenance, establishment of an operational mechanism that combines basic public service purchases with personal value-added services, and realization of normalized services for national physical fitness monitoring and scientific fitness guidance, This model was highly recognized by leaders of the General Administration of Sport of China and provincial and municipal sports authorities at the 2016 National Public Sports Service System Construction Promotion Conference.
In the field of chronic disease rehabilitation management, the project cooperates with 301 Hospital, Shandong Provincial Hospital, Anhui Provincial Hospital, Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group, Anhui University of Chinese Medicine Neurology Research Institute and other professional medical institutions and contracted health service institutions to carry out the application demonstration of major chronic disease rehabilitation services for common functional Degenerative disease such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and Parkinson's disease. The project team cooperates with the Health Management Research Institute of 301 Hospital of the People's Liberation Army to set up a "chronic disease sports rehabilitation treatment clinic", establish a new medical care service model of "in hospital detection and evaluation, and out of hospital sports rehabilitation", form a Clinical pathway for sports rehabilitation of chronic patients, and have served more than 2000 patients at present. The project team and Shenzhen Luohu Hospital Group jointly built the "medical and nursing integration sports and health technology transformation base" to carefully manage the sports risks and ability barriers of the elderly as the starting point, provide sports health guidance and self-care ability recovery training for 15000 elderly people in Luohu District with sports dysfunction due to aging, surgery, stroke and other reasons, promote medical and nursing integration and upgrading with science and technology, and explore sustainable A replicable and exportable new mode of medical and nursing integration.
In the field of community health services, with the aim of "convenience, affordability, and accessibility", we adopt a "combination of sports and hygiene" model to gather resources from multiple departments such as sports, health, and civil affairs. We provide physical health assessment, scientific fitness guidance, and scientific dietary guidance services to the public at the community level. At present, one demonstration base has been built in Hefei, providing services for more than 1000 people.
The series of sports promotion health technologies, equipment, and service systems independently developed by the project team, as well as representative achievements of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, were selected to participate in the 18th China International High tech Fair (referred to as the "Shenzhen High tech Fair") in Shenzhen, receiving widespread attention and praise from leaders of participating provinces, institutes, and various sectors of society.
With the introduction of the "Healthy China 2030" Plan Outline, the field of health promotion services is facing unprecedented development opportunities. The "Sports for Health" project of the STS program of the Chinese Academy of Sciences will continue to enhance the scientific nature of services through interdisciplinary research such as medicine, sports, and nutrition, and improve the efficiency and quality of services through the application of artificial intelligence, remote communication, wearable and other technologies, Implement replicability of services through standardized research on service content and service patterns. At the same time, the project team will further strengthen cooperation with relevant government departments and industry institutions, and accelerate the demonstration application and market transformation of technological achievements.
